The treatment works 100%. The place is always clean and welcoming. Clarissa is always on time for every appointment; I never waited half a minute to start.
Clarissa is also a fantastic girl: nice, welcoming, helpful. She is always ready to give advice on treatment.
I have always trusted her tips blindly because she has always been honest in her work.
He doesn't just "do his job", he tries in every way to improve the customer experience.
Although I have changed city (where there is another Epilate center) and I am more than an hour away, I am going back (and I will be back) to Pavia for the welcome I received.
